I'm so tired of a mediocure existance…I find myself yearning for more. I'm tired of going through the motions just because they are “approved of” by my environment.
When does my faith become my own? When does my life become my own? When do I start taking on life because it excites me? inspires me? invigorates me? When does my journey begin?
I want to be a doctor. I want to travel the world. I want to study in India with the monks. I want to worship at the water. I want to chant words and mantras of commitment and devotion. I want to philosophize with the great minds of this time. I want to hold and love the children that have been forsaken and abandoned. I want to stand beside the leaders of the world and stand for something greater than ourselves. I want to discover a cure and give it to the world. I want to give the gift of transformation to each and every human being. I want to discover the four corners of the earth and people that dwell there. I want to sing in the rain and hold the hand of the ONE who loves me. I want to feel the feeling of a life growing inside of me. I want to guide and raise a beautiful child full of light and curiousity with the world at his/her fingertips. I want to be a source of strength and belief that this existance can be extraordinary.
When does all of this begin? Tomorrow? Why is it always tomorrow? We get one chance at this life, so why do I pretend like I have another life to live later and THEN I will live my dreams?
